Our Mission

We believe math and logic are more than school subjects—they're foundational skills that help children succeed in almost every sphere of life. Whether it's coding, science, or creative problem-solving, a strong mathematical mind is a superpower. Our mission is to help kids ages 5–10 unlock that superpower through immersive, story-driven play.

Our Story

The Foundation

As parents, we looked for tools to help our own children build strong math fundamentals. But we noticed a recurring theme: most apps were either repetitive “digital worksheets” that failed to engage, or games where learning felt like a disconnected afterthought.

The Journey

What began as a small project between parents and educators quickly grew as we saw how powerful this approach could be. We started by solving a problem for our own families—but we knew that to do it right, we needed more than a good idea. We needed a studio that could bring learning design and real game craft together.

Where We Are Today

Today, MathHero Studio is a specialized team of educators, engineers, and creators. We combine effective learning design with studio-quality art, animation, and music — so math practice feels immersive and motivating for millions of families worldwide.

The Collective

Educators & learning designers: We don’t just know math — we know how children learn. Each quest is designed to build confidence, reduce frustration around math, and support real fluency over time.

Artists & Animators: Educational games shouldn’t feel “cheap.” Our creative team brings characters and worlds to life with polished visuals and delightful feedback.

Engineers: We focus on smooth, high-performance experiences that work reliably across devices — including offline play once the game is downloaded.

Composers & sound designers: Music drives emotion and attention. Our original sound helps keep kids focused, energized, and immersed in the story.
